What is the difference between buying the items sold on your website or any other website?
The items sold by Fitness360º allow you to connect with virtual reality and include a manual Fitness360º's exclusive instruction manual that will explain how to connect your item to your virtual reality glasses.

Do I have to pay the order in advance?
No. Unlike 99% of websites you will only have to pay when it arrives at your address. However, if you feel more comfortable, you can choose another payment method.

What if you don't like the item?
Any order placed has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the item, to let us know that you intend to exchange or return the item, with free resolution.

I made a mistake when ordering an item, how can I return it?
Sand you ordered the wrong item, you can return it directly to our warehouse at your own expense, or if you prefer , we can collect, assuming the customer the corresponding costs.

I have returned an item and decided to get a refund, how and when will I receive it?
If you decide to return the item at your own expense, please ensure that the carrier has transport insurance and provides information about tracking, as our responsibility starts from the moment we receive the article in our warehouse. On the contrary, if the collection is carried out by us, our responsibility begins at the time of collection, however the customer will assume the costs corresponding to the collection.
Once the article is in our warehouses and we have verified that it is in the agreed, we will proceed with the refund using the same method of payment with which you made the purchase. If you have paid by bank transfer, we will need you to provide us with your account number. Bear in mind that if the collection was carried out by us, we will deduct the postage value from the amount to be returned.
In case of missing any element of the article, the value of the same will also be deducted from the value to be returned.
It will take no more than 14 days from the moment you receive the item to the refund of your money.
