This semi-professional elliptical is ideal for anyone looking for a product with excellent technical features at the highest level.

It has a very robust and resistant structure, can support a maximum user weight of 136 kg and has been specially designed to reduce weight to a minimum.

The flywheel runs on air and has 16 levels of resistance controlled via buttons on the console.

Equipped with a practical console with an LCD display where you can see the training values, such as time, interval time, RPM, watts, distance, pulse and speed. Heart rate is measured using the chest strap included.

The Bluetooth connection couldn't be missing either, compatible with Bowflex Connect. Other compatible apps are Apple Health, Myfitnesspal, Explore the World, Jrny.

The JRNY App: A personalized fitness experience including dynamic workouts, trainer-led videos, rewards and more (subscription not included).

In the console memory we also have the programs: 1 Manual and 8 presets.

It is possible to customize the use of the equipment by memorizing a User Profile, thus creating a personalized workout based on age, height, weight and time.

At the rear base we have two levelers for greater stability and two front wheels to facilitate movement.
